ManCattan Pet Care is based on the Upper West Side, and visits cover all of the UWS — from Lincoln Square up through the neighborhood — plus areas within 30 minutes by subway, bike, or walking, including Hell's Kitchen/Midtown West, Chelsea, and most of Harlem/Washington Heights. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

After each visit you get a detailed update on food, water, litter, playtime, and medication — plus lots of photos of your cat.
Simple, transparent pricing
$25 per visit for 1 cat, plus $7 for each additional cat. Special rates are available for new clients and for cats who want at least 2 visits per day.

- Do you serve my block on the Upper West Side?
- Yes! ManCattan Pet Care is based on the Upper West Side, and we serve all of the UWS — plus nearby neighborhoods like Lincoln Square, Hell's Kitchen/Midtown West, Chelsea, and most of Harlem/Washington Heights (areas within 30 minutes by subway, bike, or walking from the UWS). Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
- How much does a cat sitting visit cost?
- $25 per visit for 1 cat, and an additional $7 for each additional cat. Special rates are available for new clients and clients wanting at least 2 visits per day - reach out using the "book" option to learn more.
- How long is each visit?
- We do 30 minute or 60 minute visits - exceptions to accommodate longer visits are made on a case-by-case basis.
- Will I get updates while I'm away?
- Yes! You will receive a detailed update about food/water, litter, playtime, medication, and any other relevant notes. Each visit will also include lots of photos of your precious cat(s)!
- Do you offer a meet-and-greet before the first visit?
- Yes! We require a complimentary meet and greet to get to know your cat(s), learn their routines, understand any medication regimens, see where food/litter is kept, etc. This ensures we won't need to bug you with too many questions while you're out of town.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the first visit. For multi-visit or multi-day bookings that have already begun, please give at least 4 hours notice if you want to cancel/amend remaining visits.
